Fay is a principal in the firm and manager of our Dallas office. She has over twenty-eight
(28) years of solid experience in Civil Engineering Consulting including Geothechnical
Engineering, Construction Materials Testing, Environmental and Project Management
Consulting. Her responsibilities includes day-to-day operations, coordination of
procedures for subsurface investigation, laboratory testing, organizing the field
and laboratory programs, analyzing laboratory data, and preparing geotechnical engineering reports and recommendations for various types of projects. Project experience includes
light commercial and residential that covers office complexes, apartments, multi-family
complexes, and subdivisions.
